I almost forgot to post today. Anyway, Yamato has been working out pretty well for me overall. 10 wins and only 4 losses, half of which the enemy team only barely took from us. As long as we do well on Wednesday we should make it into the next league. Two losses in a row will cost us the struggle, though. That wouldn’t be good for morale, I think. I guess we’ll see how things shake out.
As for why I almost forgot to post tonight, this whole day has been nothing but Emancipating Blade. I’m making good progress but as of right now it’s only about one quarter done. The hardest part is probably going to be the song portion. I don’t think of those in advance. The brainstorming and everything that goes into a song doesn’t start until the minute I’m at that moment in the story. That’s a bit risky with this deadline, but I’ll figure something out.
The closer my deadline gets, the easier it is to hammer out scenes. Less important ideas just kind of fall by the wayside and the concrete ‘have tos’ and ‘must dos’ stay afloat and get written.
The only thing to expect tomorrow is an update on my progress because I won’t be doing anything else.
