Small Update 7/24

Photoshop I'm going to stick with Photoshop for this digital art thing, at least while I practice. It's not built specifically for a stylus, but the option's always been there and I'm already (mostly) comfortable with the program. I might still try a couple of free...

Maybe SAI

I guess all the Adobe apps can't be good fits. I'm having a few technical issues with Fresco that I'm not sure are even worth solving. We'll see, but it's starting to get on my nerves; I've been doing research instead of drawing, which is never a good thing. I might...

Adobe Train

by | Jul 17, 2022 | Adobe, Apps, Photoshop, Premiere Pro

Well, my sleep schedule got slagged again so today was mostly a ‘research’ day. That said, I think Adobe is going to my main go to. Between Photoshop and Premier Pro, I’ve got pretty much everything I need to cover most things. Toss in a DAW like Audition and I’m surprised they haven’t released some writing app.

Wait, let me double check on that …

InCopy. Well there you go, that would cover everything. I’m not fully on the Adobe train yet, but if I start testing out some of these less familiar programs and get comfortable like I did with Photoshop and Premier, I’ll probably grab a seat somewhere and kick back.

Anyway, this coming week is going to be less focused on ongoing projects and more on studying up and brushing up the art skills. I should have a couple of things to toss up here by next Sunday.
