Begin (2024)

2023 ended weirdly abruptly for me, but I got the shot in the arm I needed in order to hit the ground running in 2024. This year's going to be absolutely crazy, but for me personally, I feel my worst years are finally behind me. I'm ready to stop drowning in a sea of...

Let’s Aim for Tomorrow

by | Aug 24, 2021 | Blog, Writing

I’m planning to have LGT Editing #3 done either late tomorrow or Thursday at the latest. It just depends on how the afternoon pans out. It’s going to be an interesting one since the next scene (going backwards) is the pivotal moment in the chapter.

Unfortunately I don’t have a separate topic lined up for today. I don’t generally do news, especially not mainstream news. Along with that, part of what made posting everyday so rough in the past was that sometimes I’d get a lot of writing done–writing I don’t want to talk about until it’s closer to finished–and that always leaves me somewhere else mentally. It’s hard to discuss other things at that point. I’m sitting here wanting to talk about a particular time period in the Praedia setting when my brain’s completely focused on another in the Aeon setting or something similar.

That’s always ‘fun.’

Who knows. Maybe I’ll get fed up with all the horizontal writers block and just discuss the progress of a given day. It can’t be that counterproductive if it keeps my fingers moving. We’ll see.
